Morgan is the Owner/Broker for Ashurst & Niemeyer. After growing up in Fairhope, Morgan graduated from Auburn University in Business Economics in 1998 and moved to New York City to pursue a career on Wall Street. After several years of trading, Morgan decided to move back home to embark upon a career in his family’s business, real estate. Morgan’s passion is helping others find their dreams whether they are Single Family Dwellings, Commercial Properties, Second Homes or Investments. Morgan strives for excellence and enjoys the daily challenges of real estate.
When he is not working, he is playing tennis or spending time with his family. Morgan is married to Allison Norris Ashurst and they have three children.

As the Operations Manager and a licensed real estate professional, Michelle works closely with Morgan Ashurst to oversee all aspects of Ashurst Enterprises which includes the following companies: Ashurst Niemeyer Commercial and Multifamily Management, and Ashurst Group Sales Commercial and Residential.
Michelle previously worked for Bellator Real Estate and Development specializing in residential real estate on the Eastern Shore/Gulf Coast. She has a true passion for working with clients to ensure they achieve their real estate goals.
Prior to pursuing a career in the real estate industry, Michelle had an extensive background in the sports industry and digital marketing all related to sales and the customer experience. She spent 11 years in sports working for The PGA TOUR, San Diego Padres, and Jacksonville Jaguars, and most recently, nine years as VP of Customer Experience in digital marketing.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, Tom, and adult kids, Brantley and Bailey. She loves interior design/staging, traveling, running, and exploring the Gulf Coast.
